The Foundation’s origins trace back to a moment when a community was suddenly changed. In the aftermath of the Palisades fires, what started as gathering essentials and helping neighbors grew into ongoing, hands-on relief. Donations were coordinated, packages were assembled, and support was delivered directly to families navigating loss and upheaval.
Those early efforts revealed just how much comfort can be created through small, intentional acts. The Palisades remains the heart of this work, not only as the place where the Foundation began, but as a reminder of how a community can uplift one another when it matters most.
